Job Title: Branch Manager

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving business growth and excellence? Do you have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and achieving sales targets? We're seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Isilumko Staffing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee branch operations to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain well-maintained stock, and ensure compliance with health and safety measures.
  • Strategic Implementation: Analyze business information to implement action plans aligned with the company's strategy, manage and implement sales recovery plans, and oversee auction preparation and delivery.
  • Sales Management: Drive sales growth by procuring vehicles to sell on the SMD platform, managing sales recoveries and cancellations, and implementing practices to meet auction standards.
  • People Management: Lead and manage the branch workforce, ensuring optimal performance, attendance, and internal customer service, and collaborate with the Human Capital Department to manage people-related areas.
  • Query Management: Act as the liaison for SMD, assisting internal and external customers with branch-related queries, and collaborate with inter-departmental teams to decrease sales cancellations and assist with investigations.
Requirements:
  • Academic Qualifications: Matric Certificate, Business Management or related tertiary education, Forklift Driver's License, and Driver's License.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience, proven track record of driving vehicle sales, operations oversight experience, and experience pulling diverse teams together to reach business goals.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Vehicle Codes and Description, Practices of Management, Health and Safety Compliance, Existing Standard Operating Procedures, SMD and Barloworld related policies and procedures, sales and new business development, computer skills (Microsoft Office), and excellent written and oral communication skills.
