  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions are implemented correctly and efficiently.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on the use of SAP Human Capital solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP Human Capital solutions and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Human Capital solution architecture.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful SAP Human Capital solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP HCM ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Business Technology Platform.
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture and experience with cloud-based solutions.
  • Architecture knowledge and/or certification (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
