Administrative Services Manager

- About the Role
- This position is available at Slanghoek Cellar, located in the picturesque Slanghoek Valley.
- The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organised individual with excellent planning and communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
- Responsibilities
- Handling employment contracts, preparation for, and handling of ethical audits in collaboration with management.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handling personnel administration, including leave and policies.
- Coordinating, arranging, and presenting training.
- Handling administration related to personnel meetings.
- Handling SETA and BEE administration, controlling, and paying wages.
- Assisting with financial administration and creditors.
- Handling statutory administration, including IPW, Department of Labour, WIETA, and SAWIS.
- Occasional assistance with wine sales and PR.
- Requirements
- Matric, with a relevant tertiary qualification being advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent computer literacy, with knowledge of MS Office.
- A valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
