We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Policy Administrator to join our team at ATripleA Recruitment and Temps.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless policy administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, facilitating initial client meetings, and providing ongoing support to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client policies and ensure all documentation is accurate
  • Monitor policy renewals, updates, and cancellations
  • Assist with policy amendments, claims processes, and any other client service needs
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and client presentations
Requirements:
  • Matric certificate
  • At least 2 years of experience in the life insurance industry
  • Computer literacy
  • Valid driver's license and own transport
  • Afrikaans and English fluency (speaking, reading, writing)

The estimated salary for this position is R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
