Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Strategist to join our team in Roodepoort. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring regular face-to-face and virtual meetings are conducted.
  • Account Strategy: Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts while maximizing revenue from current services and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver value to clients and optimal service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Maturity (A Diploma or Degree is an added advantage)
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the Telecommunications industry
  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing mobile voice, data solutions, and ICT to businesses
  • A track record of consistently achieving B2B sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is R450,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
