Commercial Bank Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Bank Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Nedbank.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-oriented professional to take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the banking industry.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for growing commercial bank revenue through effective management and cross-selling to existing clients, as well as acquiring new high-revenue commercial customers. This will involve identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
You will also be required to stay up-to-date with the latest economic trends and developments, applying your knowledge to add value to client engagements and identify opportunities for growth.
In addition, you will work closely with credit managers to manage credit risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
Key Responsibilities- Grow commercial bank revenue through effective management and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Acquire new high-revenue commercial customers through prospecting and networking.
- Build trusting relationships with clients by providing expert advice and guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest economic trends and developments.
- Work closely with credit managers to manage credit risk and ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 7-10 years' experience in sales, relationship management, or business management in a banking environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
