We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Graphics Localization Producer.

Job Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will lead the establishment and oversight of graphics production teams to localize graphics at any stage, from origination through to final delivery, across various formats, platforms, and devices.
  • They will collaborate closely with creative leads, designers, and graphic production teams to create localized graphics and content under tight deadlines.
  • The ideal candidate will generate, update, and maintain highly organized supporting documentation, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Key responsibilities also include creating, tracking, managing, and implementing project schedules and timelines.
  • In addition, they will research, initiate, track, and communicate legal clearances as necessary.
  • They will be responsible for interfacing directly with clients and varied client infrastructures and platforms.
  • The role requires strong budgeting, pricing, and market projection skills.
  • The Graphics Localization Producer will build and ensure consistent and thorough QC procedures for all elements throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • They will engage and support interdepartmental teams, workflows, and initiatives.
  • This position involves managing multiple ongoing titles, teams, and responsibilities of varying degrees of complexity simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of progressively responsible experience working in localization workflows, with 2+ years of work experience producing Home Entertainment products.
  • Exceptional client service skills are essential.
  • Written and spoken fluency in business English is mandatory.
  • The successful candidate should possess a deep understanding of graphic design and graphic production workflows.
  • A deep knowledge and experience in working with entertainment studio release schedules, security protocols, creative, and technical requirements are necessary.
  • The Graphics Localization Producer should demonstrate superior strategic thinking, planning, and implementation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution skills are critical.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with a clear commitment to keeping clients, internal, and external teams updated, are required.
  • A strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, and work in a collaborative environment are essential.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary.
  • Experience in video content production and editorial is a plus.
