Job Title: Administrator: StoreAbout the Role

As a key member of The Building Company, the Store Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Clerical Support: Provide administrative support to managers and employees, coordinating daily activities and tasks.
  2. Financial Management: Accurately capture nominal ledger/general ledger information, cheques, deposits, and debits on bank statements, and reconcile balance sheet control accounts.
  3. Stock Management: Efficiently assess and record stock levels, analysing variance reports prior to submission.
  4. VAT Return and RSC Levies: Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT returns and RSC levies.
  5. Cash Flow Management: Compile accurate monthly cash flows and cash flow forecasts.
  6. Assisting with Budgets: Assist in compiling standard budgets/forecasts in conjunction with the Operator.
  7. Company Values: Uphold and promote The Building Company values and culture.
Requirements

Grade 12 qualification, studying towards accounting qualification or holds a bookkeeping certificate, with 3 years of general administration experience.
