Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Headhunters. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies and stock, ensuring timely receipt and inventory control.
  • Process invoices and reconcile bank statements, monitoring cash flow and financial reporting.
  • Assist with budget preparation and provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Pastel, and Microsoft essential software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
