Transfer Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Transfers Administrator to join our team at The Legends Agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering transfers, calculating clearance figures, and issuing certificates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer transfers, including supplying attorneys with invoices and advising on transfers.
- Calculate transfer clearance figures and issue them to conveyancers and attorneys.
- Issue clearance certificates and communicate with conveyancers, owners, and purchasers regarding fees.
- Report on transfer numbers and problems experienced in the department to the Transfers Manager.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 High School Diploma or GED with maths and accounting.
- A degree/Diploma is advantageous.
- Experience with Windeed is advantageous.
- Experience in Sectional Title Management Act and HOA.
- Experience with Pastel is necessary.
