SAP S/4HANA Project Manager Job Description

As a Senior Manager in our Digital Consulting business unit, you will lead our clients through their SAP implementation projects, focusing on SAP S/4HANA. This role requires a strategic leader who combines profound SAP project management expertise with exceptional client engagement skills and a proven track record in delivering high-impact SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Project Oversight: Lead SAP implementation projects, ensuring they align with both client objectives and our firm's strategic goals.
  • Solution Design and Execution: Direct the design and execution of SAP S/4HANA projects, incorporating digital technologies to optimize business processes.
  • Advanced Project Management: Manage complex project lifecycles with a focus on innovation, from planning through to successful delivery.
  • Client Relationship and Business Development: Drive business development efforts within the SAP domain, building and nurturing key client relationships to secure and grow engagements.
  • Leadership and Talent Development: Act as a thought leader in SAP project management, mentoring a team of consultants, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of experience in SAP project management, with a significant focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Advanced degree in Business, IT, or related fields, with SAP certifications (SAP Activate) and project management qualifications (PMP) highly preferred.
  • Leadership experience in directing cross-functional teams and managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
