We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Developer - Hybrid to join our team at Armstrong Appointments.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with a focus on developing innovative solutions using Sap technology.

Main Job Function

  • To develop and implement business solutions utilising Sap technology, driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
  • To collaborate with businesses to identify opportunities and challenges, providing expert guidance on Sap solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To design and develop business solutions using Sap technology.
  2. To work closely with businesses to understand their needs and provide tailored Sap solutions.
  3. To configure Sap systems to meet business requirements.
  4. To perform unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
  5. To provide functional support to businesses.
  6. To address service requests and incidents according to agreed service levels.
  7. To document progress and resolution via ICT service management solutions.
  8. To participate in active quality and improvement projects.

Requirements

Essential Minimum Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Desired Experience: 10+ years' experience in a similar role, with 2-3 years in project implementation.

Required Education: A matric or equivalent qualification.

Desired Education: Sap SD-RCM certification and/or a business analyst qualification.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Certification in at least one Sap module (MM / FI / CO / SRM / PM / SD).
  • A business analytics qualification.
