Job Description
The role of Senior Account Growth Strategist plays a pivotal part in driving the success of our clients' businesses. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understanding clients' needs and business objectives to offer tailored solutions that meet their goals.
- Achieving sales targets and objectives for all accounts, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and developing strategies to capture additional revenue streams.
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and services to all accounts, enhancing brand awareness and reputation.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that resonate with clients.
- Monitoring and analysing market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, ensuring our clients stay ahead of the competition.
- Developing and executing account plans to drive long-term growth and client satisfaction, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
- Providing regular reports and updates on account performance and market trends to senior management, informing data-driven decisions.
- Working closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Sharing best practices with the sales team to drive overall sales performance and improve strategies and tactics.
- Analysing sales data and market feedback to continuously improve strategies and tactics, optimising results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a similar sales/marketing role, with a track record of success.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, enabling you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions, driving business growth and improvement.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to navigate complex challenges and find creative solutions.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and innovation in approach to sales and marketing, driving business growth and differentiation.
