Job Title: Private Banking Analyst Private Wealth Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Private Banking Analyst to join our team in Northern Cape. As a key member of our Private Banking team, you will play a critical role in managing a portfolio of Private Wealth Clients and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To proactively manage a portfolio of Private Wealth Clients with a team of Private Bankers through provision of analysis, research and sales and service fulfilment with the intent of identifying additional opportunities for banking new clients and growing a portfolio of existing clients through effective stakeholder management.
  • Achieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels.
  • Deliver exceptional and high-quality advice that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
  • Contribute to a culture of service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service.
  • Ensure growth and increase in customer base by managing existing clients, generating new leads and growing active customer account base.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field (Finance, Business Administration, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in private banking or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • A competitive salary ranging from R 600,000 - R 800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
