Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Transgenerational. As an Advanced Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

About the Position:

• This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Private Hospital setting.
• You must possess a valid Enrolled Nurse registration with SANC and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with regards to shift work.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Deliver high-quality patient care that meets or exceeds established standards.
• Improve patient satisfaction ratings through effective communication and empathy.
• Reduce length of stay and readmission rates through efficient discharge planning.
