We are seeking a seasoned Client Service Director to lead our team in delivering outstanding client experiences and results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing campaign strategy, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages skill development and continuous improvement.


Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for high-level client engagements, developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Strategic Campaign Leadership: Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring all elements align with client objectives and agency standards.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the client service team to exceed expectations in all campaign deliverables.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, forecasts, and billing for client projects, ensuring profitability while meeting or exceeding quality and timeline standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, strategy, and digital teams to develop and execute cohesive, integrated marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of client service experience within a full-service agency, with hands-on exposure to ATL, BTL, TTL, and Digital channels.

Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing teams, client accounts, and complex multi-channel campaigns.

Strategic Insight: Strong background in strategic planning and campaign management across all advertising channels.

Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey campaign insights and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.

Problem-Solving: Adept at resolving client concerns and challenges with a solutions-focused approach.
