Commercial Growth Specialist

Omega Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team. We are offering an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$85,000 for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and managing key accounts within the corporate clothing, schoolwear, and sports apparel sectors.
This role requires a strong understanding of textiles and the manufacturing process, including timelines and quality standards. The Commercial Growth Specialist will also ensure the timely submission of quotations, processing of orders, and delivery of products to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development:
- Identify and scout potential new business opportunities within the corporate clothing, schoolwear, and sports apparel markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's client base and market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Account Management:
- Manage existing key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of quotations, processing of orders, and delivery of products.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Possess a strong understanding of textiles and the manufacturing process, including timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and manufacturing technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
- Management of entire quality process
- Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to potential clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's products and services.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market research.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in textiles or business development are a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the apparel industry.
- Experience in managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of textiles and the manufacturing process, including timelines and quality standards.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and own vehicle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
