At Dynexity, we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of freight costs on invoices, managing ageing stock at the warehouse, and coordinating with freight forwarders and logistic agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process shipping and invoice instructions daily
  • Ensure the accuracy of freight costs on invoices
  • Manage all ageing stock at the warehouse
  • Primary point of contact with freight forwarders and logistic agents
  • Ensure timeous delivery of shipments to distributors
  • Analyse monthly reports and communicate lead time variances to the sales team
  • Run logistic reports (sales, lead times, loading schedules)
  • Completion of Monthly Freight Forwarder provisions
  • Letters of Credit
  • Quarterly review of target lead times
  • Conduct bi-annual analysis and review of logistics freight costs

Requirements:

  • French Fluency is a must
  • Relevant Degree (minimum)
  • Knowledge of Export Documentation / Legislative framework
  • Knowledge of incoterms
