National Key Account Manager

As a National Key Account Manager at Red Bull, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution of our product portfolio within the Catering, Recreation & Fitness channels. You will develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our top customers in this sector, maximizing business opportunities in a profitable way.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop long-term visions for key customers in the Catering, Recreation & Fitness channels, driving vertical and horizontal distribution and sales.
- Align with local Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, and On Premise Marketing teams on market-relevant industry and consumer insights and national focus areas.
- Develop and build the National Key Account Strategy and Tactics for Red Bull to win in these channels, including annual business plans, quarterly and monthly plans.
- Maximize existing customer performance via effective joint business planning, acquire new customers, and negotiate win-win partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage business success, ensuring executional excellence on account level.
- Measure success by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity.
- University degree in business, marketing, or similar.
- At least 5 years of outstanding performance and a proven track record in account management, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong On Premise industry knowledge, contacts, and experience in the On Premise environment.
- Good understanding of the route-to-market for these channels.
- Travel 20-30%.
