Job Description

As a National Key Account Manager at Red Bull, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution of our product portfolio within the Catering, Recreation & Fitness channels. You will develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our top customers in this sector, maximizing business opportunities in a profitable way.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and develop long-term visions for key customers in the Catering, Recreation & Fitness channels, driving vertical and horizontal distribution and sales.
  2. Align with local Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, and On Premise Marketing teams on market-relevant industry and consumer insights and national focus areas.
  3. Develop and build the National Key Account Strategy and Tactics for Red Bull to win in these channels, including annual business plans, quarterly and monthly plans.
  4. Maximize existing customer performance via effective joint business planning, acquire new customers, and negotiate win-win partnership agreements.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage business success, ensuring executional excellence on account level.
  6. Measure success by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity.
Requirements
  • University degree in business, marketing, or similar.
  • At least 5 years of outstanding performance and a proven track record in account management, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Strong On Premise industry knowledge, contacts, and experience in the On Premise environment.
  • Good understanding of the route-to-market for these channels.
  • Travel 20-30%.
