About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Commercial Sales Broker. As a Broker, you will play a vital role in providing our clients with personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial needs analyses and identify suitable financial products for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Requirements
- Own transport and a valid driver's license.
- Completed Matric with a minimum 50% in mathematics.
- Based in Johannesburg.
- Black South African citizens (colored, Indian, and African); preference will be given to African females.
- Unemployed graduates and/or interns between the ages of 18 and 34.
Advantageous Qualifications
- Relevant financial services qualification (RE5 according to DOFA date) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

The Recruitment Process
- Panel interview: This will be with 2 members of the leadership team, the regional manager, and the team leader of the ABS team.
- Technical and psychometric assessments: These will depend on the role and will sometimes happen concurrently with MIE and internal verification.
