  • Serve as the first point of contact for new customer inquiries, filtering leads to the appropriate channels, and build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with business objectives, providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and team productivity.
Requirements:
  1. 5–8 years experience in call centre sales within the financial services industry.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years experience in a managerial role within a call centre sales environment.
  3. Proven track record in sales leadership, achieving and exceeding targets.
  4. Outbound and inbound sales experience (following up with clients and handling inquiries).
  5. Strong understanding of credit bureaus, credit reports, and financial products.
  6. Good knowledge of competitor offerings in the financial services sector.
  7. Proficiency in sales performance management, reporting, and analytics.
  8. Entrepreneurial mindset, treating the sales department as a revenue-generating unit.
  9. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  10. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  11. Computer literate with experience in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
