  • Manage and supervise nursing staff according to their scope of practice.

  • Promote effective cost management within the unit.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate development programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with Midwifery qualifications from SANC.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a shift leader.
  • Demonstrated competencies in teamwork, energy, organization, and punctuality.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and respect for confidentiality.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Familiarity with the private healthcare industry and its challenges would be advantageous.
