Corporate Receptionist Position Summary
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, responding to queries and referring as necessary.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports to the Team Leader.
Requirements :
- A Higher Certificate in Reception (NQF5) or Call Centre;
- Registered PSIRA grade D/E officer would be an added advantage;
- Two to three years' experience in a corporate reception environment.
