  • Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve art developed by the team.
  • Present or oversee presentation of final concepts and obtain approvals for deliverables.
  • Work with account teams to understand client needs and manage projects to support delivery of brand idea.
  • Bolster the agency's reputation both internally and externally.
  • Cultivate a culture of teamwork, creativity, and open communication within the team.
  • Provide clear, focused feedback to creative teams on areas for improvement.
  • Actively support cross-functional team members in resolving issues and delivering exceptional products from ideation through execution.
