Main Responsibilities

To assist the Marketing Manager in executing various marketing campaigns, including planning, coordination, and implementation of promotional activities such as events, exhibitions, and social media promotions.
• To assist with the production of marketing materials and literature, including designing, creating, and disseminating visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity and messaging.
• Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, and press releases, as directed by the Marketing Manager.
• Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions, including venue booking, logistics, and equipment setup.
• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities, including updating databases, filing systems, and other records.
• Assisting with the uploading and maintaining correct filing of marketing material to online libraries, ensuring accessibility and visibility of marketing collateral.
• Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and database, as directed by your line manager.
• Managing events, booking venues, and ordering marketing materials, as directed by your line manager.

Key Requirements

• Relevant Marketing qualification and 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in an office management or administration role.
• Proven experience as a marketing assistant or coordinator, with a strong understanding of office management and marketing principles.
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Knowledge of web content management systems and social media platforms, with experience in creating and publishing content on these channels.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-oriented approach and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. You may be required to work overtime from time to time to meet agreed deadlines. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
