We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Energy Project Manager to join our team at BOSS Consult.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of solar energy projects, from initial design and development to implementation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing renewable energy projects and designing solar PV systems that meet client requirements
- Developing BOQs and costs for solar PV systems, including ground-mounted, carport, and rooftop systems
- Providing expert advice on PV-related matters, including feasibility, performance, efficiency, quality, and project management issues
- Fostering relationships with suppliers and contractors to support our solar PV and energy storage drive
- Ensuring all PV systems comply with applicable regulations and meet individual client requirements
- Performing renewable energy-related audits and translating findings into custom-made solutions
- Presenting to customers, management, internal, and external teams involved in the EPC & M process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years of proven experience in solar PV and energy storage, including EPC & M aspects
- Deep understanding of NEC and FIDIC contracts
- PV Design Specialist Certification or equivalent
