Financial Claims Agent

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance or customer service and excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be required to maintain accurate records of collection activities and payments, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with other departments to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate billing.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of experience in debt collection or customer service, preferably within an educational or financial services environment. A post-secondary qualification in finance or a related field is also highly desirable.
