We are an innovative company that offers Administrative Assistant for Insurance services on an exclusively remote basis. Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented, with experience in insurance administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure smooth application processing.
  • Track and oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to policy issuance.
  • Manage schedules, notify the assistant team of new sales, complete necessary documentation, and submit applications to underwriting.
  • Provide technical assistance with PowerPoint presentations and other computer-based tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in insurance administration (life and health insurance preferred).
  • Strong technical proficiency, including expertise in PowerPoint and office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
