Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rental Operations Expert to join our team in ensuring the successful performance of Rental Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering rental systems to end-users, performing installation and collections efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Delivery and Installation: Deliver and install rental systems (pumps and mattresses) with a high level of skill and customer service, adhering to SLA time frames of 4 hours.
  2. Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers in hospitals, aged care facilities, clinics, and other healthcare settings.
  3. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and fault-find on medical pumps and mattresses.
  4. Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stock in vehicles for efficient service turnaround.
  5. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure vehicles are maintained in a lawful manner and in accordance with Company Policies.
  6. Administrative Duties: Complete installation and cancellation documentation, upload data to the data capturing system, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  7. Quality System Duties: Maintain compliance with quality requirements and build quality into all aspects of work.
