Automotive Sales Performance Manager

The role of Auto Fleet & Rental Sales Controller is a critical position within our client's organization, responsible for maximizing fleet and rental car sales performance. This includes improving operational processes, managing relationships with key customers and dealers, and reporting directly to the Manager of Auto Fleet Sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations and Performance:
- Provide high-level service support to fleet and rental car customers and the dealer network.
- Implement and monitor sales results, forecasts, and profitability.
- Oversee marketing activities, incentives, and promotions.
- Manage vehicle allocations and stock.
- Ensure adherence to sales and operational standards.
Relationship Management:
- Support the dealer network in fleet sales and operations.
- Conduct regular customer and dealer visits.
- Maintain effective communication between customers, dealers, and internal departments.
Sales Planning and Market Intelligence:
- Manage stock order forecasting and inventory.
- Coordinate sales promotions and campaigns.
- Collate and report on competitor activities.
- Provide feedback on customer requirements and industry trends.
Operational Optimization:
- Oversee logistic processes for timely vehicle delivery and paperwork submission.
- Ensure efficient communication across all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant Motor Industry position.
- In-depth understanding of fleet and rental sales in the automotive industry.
- Strong relationship management skills, especially with senior employees at fleet and rental companies.
- Sales or Marketing Degree or Diploma would be an advantage.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively required.
