Sales Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Kontak Recruitment. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling tele sales, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle tele sales, including responding to customer queries related to pricing, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Capture and process customer orders, generate invoices, and update orders on the courier portal for dispatching.
  • Manage customer communications through various channels such as email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  • Provide timely follow-up with customers regarding product deliveries and resolving any issues.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the Palladium CRM system.
  • Liaise with customers to introduce new products and services, offering support as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly group sales targets.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks, including order processing and customer data updates, are completed efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven tele sales and administrative experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with a drive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Palladium CRM preferred; training will be provided).
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or service-based environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to work extended hours as required.
