Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Kontak Recruitment. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling tele sales, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle tele sales, including responding to customer queries related to pricing, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
- Capture and process customer orders, generate invoices, and update orders on the courier portal for dispatching.
- Manage customer communications through various channels such as email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Provide timely follow-up with customers regarding product deliveries and resolving any issues.
- Maintain and update customer information in the Palladium CRM system.
- Liaise with customers to introduce new products and services, offering support as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly group sales targets.
- Ensure all administrative tasks, including order processing and customer data updates, are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven tele sales and administrative experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with a drive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Palladium CRM preferred; training will be provided).
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or service-based environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work extended hours as required.
