Sales and Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Administrator to join our team at Profession Hub. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the business, monitored through regular progress reports.
- Take minutes of sales meetings and distribute them in a timely manner, ensuring accurate recording and transcription.
- Plan and coordinate external sales meetings, utilizing effective meeting coordination and events planning skills.
- Manage daily tasks efficiently, utilizing a daily task sheet, and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Identify new sales opportunities and continuously learn and develop the company's products.
- Prepare sales templates, quotes, and mailers, maintaining accurate records of all sales interactions.
- Attend and present at potential client meetings and workshops with the sales staff.
- Generate, track, monitor, and maintain all business data and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Typing, editing, and composing of correspondence, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and sales reports as required.
- Ensure effective management and coordination of all meetings for management and executive levels.
- Proofread all reports and documents.
