The successful candidate will drive stakeholder engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with project objectives and delivering exceptional value throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Identify and categorize stakeholders based on their influence and impact on the project.
  • Stakeholder Analysis: Analyse stakeholder needs and expectations to inform project strategies.
  • Communication Planning: Develop and implement a stakeholder communication plan to ensure timely and relevant information dissemination.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
  • Concern Resolution: Address and resolve any concerns or conflicts that may arise, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Engagement Strategies: Create and execute stakeholder engagement strategies that align with project goals.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect feedback and insights from stakeholders to improve project execution and outcomes.
  • Engagement Monitoring: Monitor stakeholder engagement and satisfaction levels throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on stakeholder feedback and engagement metrics to project leadership.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to stakeholder engagement and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to project teams on stakeholder management best practices.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall capability of the project team.
