Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team in Rosebank, Gauteng. This role offers a competitive salary of R450,000 - R550,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for approximately 1,550 employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the finance department for budget alignment and payroll reconciliation, providing monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll data.
  • Stay up to date with South African tax and labour regulations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements like PAYE, UIF, and SARS submissions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or HR, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of payroll processing experience, specifically with Sage 300.
  • Knowledge of South African tax and labour laws.
