Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Carlysle Human Capital. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify business opportunities and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions using in-depth knowledge of pumps and mechanical products.
  • Process quotations and orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in pump sales, including system analysis, pump selection, and tender preparation.
  • Sound knowledge of pumps and mechanical products, including component identification and competitor analysis.
  • SAP and C4C experience is advantageous.
  • MATRIC qualification as a minimum.
Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of $60,000 per annum, plus bonuses and benefits based on performance.
