About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled German/Dutch Email Marketing Assistant to join our team at Language Recruiters. As a key member of our customer loyalty department, you will be responsible for the deployment, operational logic, and quality of all email communications across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing client loyalty programs and deliver new email campaigns using Campaign Commander software.
  • Create and develop client loyalty programs for bulk emailing to online clients.
  • Develop interesting and relevant promotional projects and investigate new ideas to enhance the service provided to new and existing customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Be the primary point of contact for email technical queries within internal teams.
  • Collate and analyze email results data in daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Train new marketing staff on email campaigns, software usage, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of HTML.
  • Fluent English and German or Dutch language skills (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 2 years of email marketing experience, preferably in loyalty programs.
