Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Group Core Banking Applications Specialist to join our team and drive business success through effective system implementation, optimisation, and integration. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to ensure seamless system integration, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and foster strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
Qualifications and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you will need a solid background in core banking applications, minimum 5 years of experience in similar enterprise systems within the banking, finance, or insurance sectors. A balance of tenure, demonstrated progression within roles (minimum 3 years per role), and strong knowledge of banking operations, financial systems, and regulatory requirements are also essential. Leadership experience and excellent communication skills will be highly valued.
