Job Title: Physically Impaired Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Physically Impaired Office Administrator to join our team at Work Africa. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including data capturing, file management, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File management - to proactively review all files to match quality standards
  • BCMM - to audit BCMM statements in order to pick up any irregularities in water and electricity, and request refunds
  • Data capturing on spreadsheets - using data collected from the TLO's to streamline collection processes
  • Complaint Register
  • Assisting the Tenant Liaison Officers with monitoring Facebook ads, Google ads, and proactively working on Facebook and Tik Tok Page

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Medical Report identifying physical impairment
  • General computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project
  • Office Administration experience is advantageous
  • Extremely organized with strong communication skills
  • Detail orientated, with an aptitude for problem solving
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally
