We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Broll Property Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our centres, ensuring that facilities are well maintained, secure, and meet the needs of our tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, develop, and implement effective operations management policies, procedures, and planning to ensure maximum efficiency.
* Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring facilities are clean, well-maintained, and in good repair.
* Direct preventive maintenance procedures as appropriate and oversee procurement of furnishings and equipment in accordance with budget planning.
* Ensure compliance with legal regulations, complete regular OSH inspections, and update monthly reports as necessary.
