Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Strategist to join our team at Machine_.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with clients to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies, driving business growth and revenue through data-driven insights and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage TTL campaigns (with a predominantly digital focus) and communication on a day-to-day basis from start to finish with minimal senior supervision.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner in their business success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations and drives business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in client campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities, identifying and pursuing potential clients and partnerships.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Communications.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an Advertising Agency or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation and administrative skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
