About the Role: The Goscor Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders, ensuring that our workforce is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies, collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with company goals, and act as a trusted advisor on HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement, provide guidance on managing employee performance, and address general performance management or appraisal queries.
  • Learning and Development: Identify learning needs, arrange necessary training, track and submit training initiatives, and coordinate employee wellness plan administration.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Assist management in the recruitment process, discuss long and shortlists with line managers, and manage the onboarding of successful candidates.
  • HR Administration: Attend to general requests/queries from employees, conduct and analyse exit interviews, and ensure high-level customer service.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience in the engineering sector, in-depth knowledge of South African labour laws, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
