Strategic Account Manager for Independent Automotive Channels

Fempower is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager with experience in dealing with the Independent Automotive Channels, you will be responsible for securing, developing, and maintaining client relationships and becoming a strategic partner with assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of contractual agreements and ensure terms are adhered to
- Effectively solve problems and manage risks to ensure achievement of targets
- Prepare presentations, proposals, contract reports as necessary
- Provide reports and analysis as required
- Monitor all aspects of the company service in respect of the client and take action to resolve any issues without delay
- Represent the client's interest within the company to ensure that service adjustments are made where necessary
- Responsible for the ongoing liaison between clients and the company
- To ensure that client needs and expectations are being met, deviations should be reported
- Ensure a close relationship is built with an understanding of the client's research
- Advise on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors
- Contact clients to maintain relationships
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with a relevant degree or diploma
- 5-10 years' experience in a Key Accounts role with specific experience in Key Account Management
- Experience in successful liaison with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Good customer service orientation and communication skills
- A strong consciousness of responsibility and dedication
