Job Overview:

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to bridge the gap between technology solutions and business requirements through the successful identification and adoption of software systems and tools.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analysis and Scoping
    1. Analyze business needs and current processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
    2. Assess areas for improvement in terms of software and technology solutions.
    3. Document current processes and system integrations.
    4. Propose solutions to address identified areas for improvement and select the necessary software/systems.
  2. Solution Implementation
    1. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets when working with partners or new systems.
    2. Report to stakeholders to track project management progress.
    3. Document processes and create materials to support implementation.
  3. Training and Support
    1. Train and support staff to ensure effective use of new systems or services.
    2. Monitor and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  4. Research and Analysis
    1. Stay updated with product developments and updates for continuous improvement.
    2. Share relevant updates with the business to elevate overall understanding.

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT / Computer Science or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in System Integration and/or Technical Project Management.
