About the Role
We are looking for a talented individual to oversee the implementation of HubSpot solutions for our clients. As a Technical Project Manager - Hubspot, you will be responsible for leading data migrations, advising on integration needs, carrying out portal audits, and implementing improvements to optimize HubSpot's performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consulting: Assist B2B technology clients in reaching their business objectives using HubSpot. You will lead data migrations, advise on integration needs, carry out portal audits, and implement improvements to optimize HubSpot's performance.
- Implement Best Practices: Support the internal team by recommending HubSpot best practices and ensuring the team stays updated with the latest HubSpot functionalities and features.
- Partnered Scale Onboarding (PSO) Program: Assist in the delivery and expansion of the PSO program. You will play a key role in onboarding new clients, supporting them through their HubSpot journey, and helping to grow the program by eventually adding more team members.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a HubSpot-focused role or similar, with a track record of successful client support and implementations.
- Proficiency with HubSpot: Understanding of HubSpot's tools and functionalities, including CRM, marketing automation, sales, and service hubs.
- Client Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and results are delivered.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess client data, generate actionable insights, and make recommendations for optimization.
- Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinking to develop tailored solutions for clients' needs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Comfortable working within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to overall success.
