About the Role: FEM is seeking a Medical Claims Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. The primary objective of this position is to ensure that all registered claims are assessed and administered efficiently and effectively in accordance with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process medical claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure seamless claim processing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze and resolve complex claims issues.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Radiography, or any equivalent medical qualification.
- Active registration with the relevant regulatory professional body.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a related environment.
- Proficiency in more than one language.
