Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Representative to join our team at Quality Connect Staffing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge and Customer Service: Provide in-depth knowledge of our new vehicle inventory, features, and benefits to customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying sales experience.
  • Test Drives and Vehicle Selection: Conduct test drives with potential customers to showcase the performance and capabilities of our vehicles, and assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement, and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for the sale of a new vehicle.
  • Follow-up and Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Industry Knowledge and Staying Ahead: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and sales skills, knowledge of automotive sales processes and techniques, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CRM Software and Sales Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
