Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of all parts in inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness.">
  • Perform a full inventory count on a regular basis, aiming for a variance of less than 2%.">
  • Process part orders internally and externally within a 24-hour timeframe.">
  • Ensure timely delivery of parts to clients.">
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries in a prompt and professional manner.">
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing and ensuring the procurement of parts is efficient.">
  • Maintain accurate data entry for order processing and invoicing.">
  • Complete documentation, including invoices and receipts, on the same day as transactions.">
  • E nsure critical parts are always available for scheduled services or repairs.">
  • Process part returns and warranty claims efficiently.">
  • Monitor and manage costs associated with parts purchasing and inventory management.">
  • Communicate effectively between service teams, suppliers, and customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.">

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.">
  • Windows Business Central experience is highly beneficial.">
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work within a team environment.">
  • Own transportation is required.">
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English is preferred.">
  • Matric certificate is essential.">
  • Detailed orientated and effective time management skills are necessary.">

Estimated Salary: R450,000 - R550,000 per annum, depending on experience.
