Job Overview:

The Senior Analyst plays a critical role within the reporting team, overseeing the creation of high-quality client-facing reports and leading strategic data analysis efforts. This involves taking ownership of complex campaigns and larger clients, collaborating across departments, and ensuring both quantitative and qualitative insights are effectively communicated to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advanced Reporting & Insight Generation:
    • Lead the creation of comprehensive reports for high-priority clients, integrating both quantitative and qualitative insights to craft impactful narratives.
    • Align reports with client & brand objectives, providing actionable recommendations to drive future strategies.
  2. Data Analysis & Trend Identification:
    • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform client strategies and internal decision-making.
    • Leverage advanced analytical techniques to generate deeper insights, focusing on ROI, campaign performance, and business impact.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and benchmark data, incorporating these into insights that enhance client reporting and strategy.
  3. Reporting Framework Development:
    • Support senior leadership in building and regularly reviewing the reporting framework, including cadence, processes, and scoping achievable timelines (in collaboration with the Delivery team).
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Support senior leadership in leading cross-functional collaboration efforts, facilitating strong working relationships between the Reporting team, Sales, Creative, and Data Science teams.
    • Present reports and insights to internal teams and clients, ensuring the strategic value of the data is clearly understood.
  5. Mentoring & Development:
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to peers and junior members, helping them refine their analytical skills and storytelling abilities.
    • Review and provide feedback on reports, ensuring they meet high standards of accuracy, insight, and clarity before submission to clients.
    • Play a critical role in building a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging learning, development, and excellence across the team.
