  5. Provide valuable insights to customers, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, and driving Sage's competitive edge.
  6. Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention for the long haul.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong experience in HR and Payroll sales, with deep knowledge of solutions in this space.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade all levels of decision-makers.
  • A proactive approach to driving results independently, with a clear understanding of what it takes to succeed in sales.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with both customers and business partners.
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals effectively.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field, with a deep understanding of Payroll and HR.
