Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:- Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.

- Coordinate employee onboarding, including capturing new employees on the Talenger system and preparing employee files.
- Manage employee leave, medical aid, union, and pension fund reports.
- Handle employee terminations, UI19 applications, and medical aid withdrawals.
- Provide HR support, including drafting contracts, job descriptions, and policies.
